Hello
My name is Carolyn, and I am a queer, autistic therapist. I value all neurotypes, sexual orientations, genders, races, and forms of expression. I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, trauma, and relational struggles (family, friends, romantic, or professional). I meet with individuals, couples, and families of all ages. I offer virtual appointments so you can log in from the location of your own home or whatever place feels safe to you.

Can you ever relate to the lyrics.........
“There’s gotta be more to life than chasing out every temporary high to satisfy me”?
If so, then you’re not alone. I want to help you figure out what your “more to life” is. I am here to
come alongside you and coach you as you live your most authentic, fulfilling life. There is so much
beauty in our neurodivergent weirdness. If you don’t quite believe that yet, I understand. I will help you
reach that point. I am not here to tell you what to do or how to live. You are the one in charge. I am just
here to help guide you and encourage you when you experience those times of doubt.
I have diverse therapy experience and have worked with ages 4-90. I have worked as a mental health
therapist in schools, clinics, homes, and communities. I offer a safe therapeutic environment for
people from all backgrounds.
I utilize Person-Centered Therapy with a Strengths Perspective. I use a combination of
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT), Internal Family
Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Psychoeducation, and Mindfulnesses. All of these are modified
to meet the needs of neurodivergent people.
