Hello...
My name is Dorian Deline, and I am a Neurodivergent (AuDHD) therapist. I am also a white, queer, and nonbinary person. I specialize in working with Neurodivergent teens and adults, particularly including my fellow Autistics and ADHDers, as well as individuals with PTSD and
complex trauma. I also specialize in working with members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community, and have experience working with poly and ethically non monogamous individuals, BIPOC Individuals, and clients holding a variety of intersectionally marginalized identities. My practice
focuses on understanding complex trauma, including the trauma that comes with living in a society that is not built for those of us who are Neurodivergent and hold other marginalized identities.

Clinical Therapist
I focus on working collaboratively with clients to gain understanding of how their lived
experiences impact how they experience the world. I then work with clients to promote
self-understanding and compassion, empowerment, and to help them build tools and skills to
cope with life stressors and the effects of trauma, to promote self-advocacy and accommodation,
as well as skills for building positive relationships and community, and to combat self-blame and
stigma.
I believe that my clients are the experts of their own experiences, and my goal is to collaborate
with clients in ways that are empathetic and affirming of their identities and experiences, in order
to help them heal, grow, and work towards building the life they want to live. I use collaborative,
client-centered, and strengths-based therapy approaches, cognitive-behavioral and dialectical
behavioral therapy, as well as trauma-informed approaches such as Polyvagal theory and Internal
Family Systems to inform my approach to working with clients.
I am a limited licensed clinical social worker. I hold a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Adrian
College, and an MSW from the University of Michigan. I have previous experience working
in housing services and working with underserved populations in community-based mental
health.
