Hello...
Hi there! My name is Kelly. I am a neurodivergent (ADHD) clinical therapist. My mission is to establish a welcoming and inclusive environment where you can freely explore your thoughts, emotions, passions, and life experiences. Having walked my own path within the neurodivergent and LGBTQIA2S+ communities, I recognize the importance of tailored support that honors your unique path. Whether you're facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, or life transitions, my approach is grounded in compassion and evidence-based interventions to help you navigate life’s complexities in this increasingly crazy world.

In 2018, I obtained my master’s degree in social work from Grand Valley State University. My entry into the field of social work was driven by a profound desire to help others through daily challenges and to be an advocate for meaningful social change. I firmly believe that much of the emotional and mental distress we experience stems from societal oppression, and thus it is my goal to provide the support and coping skills you need in navigating life amidst the pervasive influences of harmful constructs and barriers. Every person deserves the opportunity to live authentically, and through an eclectic and trauma-informed methodology, I strive to customize therapeutic approaches (Person centered, trauma informed CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness modalities) to empower you to achieve your aspirations and navigate through life’s challenges and barriers.
