Hello
I'm a self-diagnosed autistic, nonbinary clinician specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. With over two years of experience as a therapist—initially as an intern and now as a LLPC—I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients spanning ages 5 to 75. My practice primarily focuses on LGBTQIA+ struggles, eating disorders, autism, ADHD, DID, PTSD, and anxiety disorders, with a passion for individual therapy while also dabbling in group work and family therapy.

Clinical Therapist
My journey into CBT and mindfulness stems from personal experience with anxiety related to autism. These therapeutic approaches provided me significant relief, motivating me to integrate them into my counseling practice. I emphasize a non-harmful approach to CBT, prioritizing the validation of clients' emotions and thoughts while helping them navigate and work through their challenges.
Outside of my clinical work, I'm an enthusiastic reader of fictional romance and psychological thrillers, and a fan of horror movies. I often incorporate self-disclosure in therapy sessions as I find it fosters rapport and connection with my clients.
As a life long learner I am currently working to deepen my understanding and knowledge of the most supportive and informed ways to support the LGBTQIA+ in therapy. Additionally, I have been learning more about and enjoy using Myers Briggs personality testing to help clients explore their identities and personalities.
I am genuinely dedicated to supporting my clients in achieving their goals at their own pace, fostering an environment of honesty, encouragement, and mutual respect.
